Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to fees paid to Marketsync Global Ltd. for exports.bd services. It does not govern the underlying commercial contract between buyer and exporter — that is negotiated directly between them.

1. Platform fees

Where a subscription or listing fee applies, it is billed in advance and is non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

2. Verification & one-time services

Verification, document generation and other one-time services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. If we are unable to deliver due to our own fault, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.

3. Deal disputes between users

exports.bd is not a party to sale contracts and cannot force refunds between buyer and exporter. We will provide message and document logs to the parties or to competent authorities as legally required. Users should agree on incoterms, inspection, and payment terms (e.g. LC, escrow, TT) in writing before shipping.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@exports.bd with your account email, invoice number and reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
