Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you may and may not do on exports.bd. Breach may result in suspension, termination, and reporting to competent authorities.

Prohibited goods

• Weapons, ammunition, military and dual-use items requiring an export licence you do not hold.
• Narcotics and controlled substances; precursor chemicals.
• Counterfeit, pirated or trademark-infringing goods.
• Wildlife, wildlife products and CITES-listed species.
• Human remains, organs, and human trafficking-related services.
• Hazardous waste and materials prohibited by the Basel Convention.
• Sanctioned goods, or goods destined for sanctioned parties or jurisdictions.
• Any goods illegal in Bangladesh, the destination country, or transit jurisdictions.

Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, misrepresentation of identity, company or product origin.
• Money laundering, terrorism financing, or evasion of sanctions.
• Posting false reviews, manipulating matching, or spamming RFQs.
• Circumventing security controls, scraping at scale, or accessing accounts you do not own.
• Uploading malware, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory conduct against other users or our staff.

Reporting abuse

Report violations to grievance@exports.bd. IP owners may submit takedown notices to legal@exports.bd with proof of rights and the URL of the infringing listing.
